SINOTRANS International Economic & Technical Cooperation Co. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a subsidiary to SINOTRANS & CSC which specializes in recruiting, training, sending seamen to work abroad and their management. According to the overall strategy, the Company serves as a platform for SINOTRANS & CSC to build and train its crew forces, provide qualified seamen for SINOTRANS’ own shipping companies as well as international ones. Incorporated in 1993, the Company is among the few companies authorized by the Maritime Safety Administration of the People’s Republic of China to engage in training and sending seamen to work abroad.
